California Amends Regulations of Real Estate Commissioner

California recently announced approval of a proposal to amend the California Regulations of the Real Estate Commissioner in order to reflect changes made to the Business and Professions Code in 2018.  The amendments are generally for the sake of harmony and are not substantive.  A full list of the amendments can be found on page 930 of the California Regulatory Notice Register 2021, Volume Number 30-Z.
