CFPB and NLRB Sign MOU

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on March 7, 2023, permitting (but not requiring) the sharing of certain information between those agencies.  The MOU provides that such sharing of information should not waive the confidentiality of the information shared.  One of the stated purposes of the MOU is “[t]o better root out financial practices that harm workers.”
