CFPB Extends Commentary Periods for Three RFIs

The CFPB’s Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding Civil Investigative Demands and Associated Processes published on January 26, 2018, required commentary to be received on or before March 27, 2018.  That commentary period has been extended to on or before April 26, 2018.

The CFPB also extended its commentary deadline for its RFI pertaining to Enforcement Processes, published on February 12, 2018.  The initial commentary period ended on or before April 13, 2018, but that date has been extended to on or before May 14, 2018.

Additionally, the commentary deadline for the CFPB’s RFI regarding its Rules of Practice for Adjudication Proceedings that was published on February 5, 2018, has been extended from on or before April 6, 2018, to on or before May 7, 2018.
