The CFPB recently published an updated HMDA Small Entity Compliance Guide. The updated guide, in part, incorporates: (i) the recent changes made to the HMDA reporting thresholds, which WBK previously covered here; (ii) the CFPB’s Statement on Supervisory and Enforcement Practices Regarding Quarterly Reporting under HMDA, which WBK previously covered here; and (iii) other administrative changes.
