CFPB Publishes 2021 HMDA Reference Chart

The CFPB recently published the Regulatory and Reporting Overview Reference Chart for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Data Collected in 2021.  The chart is a reference tool for data points required to be collected, recorded, and reported under HMDA’s implementing Regulation C.  Among other things, the chart incorporates Section 4.2.2 of the 2021 Filing Instructions Guide, which was covered by WBK, and describes when to report information as not applicable or exempt.
