CFPB Publishes HMDA Compliance Aid

The CFPB recently published its Regulatory and Reporting Overview Reference Chart for HMDA Data Collected in 2022, a reference tool for data points required to be collected, recorded, and reported under Regulation C.  The chart also incorporates information found in Section 4.2.2. of the 2022 Filing Instructions Guide.  This includes instructions on when to report HMDA data as “not applicable” or “exempt,” as well as how to do so.
