CFPB to Issue Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on TRID

In response to industry requests, the CFPB Director Richard Cordray recently announced that the CFPB will issue a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Know Before You Owe rule, commonly referred to as TRID.  The CFPB expects to issue this in late July, and will set the comment period at that time.
