Connecticut Real Estate Closings to be Conducted by State-Barred Attorneys

Connecticut Public Act No. 19-88 prohibits a person from conducting a real estate closing, as defined in the Act, unless the person is a Connecticut-barred attorney.  The Act becomes effective on October 1, 2019.
