Connecticut Governor Orders Citizens to Stay at Home
As part of the state’s response to the COVID-19 crisis, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont signed an executive order on March 20, 2020, ordering all citizens to stay at home, except for essential business services. Essential services includes banks and financial institutions, and incorporates federal critical infrastructure. The Order also states that the state government will issue more guidance on essential services by 8pm on Sunday night, March 22, 2020.
