Delaware, Louisiana, and Ohio Order Citizens to Stay at Home
As part of their states’ response to the COVID-19 crisis, Delaware, Louisiana, and Ohio have all issued orders requiring all citizens to stay at home. The orders exempt essential business services. Delaware includes financial services and insurance in its list of essential business services. Louisiana includes the federal government’s critical infrastructure systems in its order, which includes financial services. The Ohio order incorporates the federal government’s critical infrastructure systems, and explicitly exempts financial services institutions.
