Ginnie Mae Issues APM 20-03 on the Availability of its Pass Through Assistance Program

On April 10, 2020, as part of its response to the COVID-19 Crisis, Ginnie Mae issued All Points Memorandum 20-03, detailing the availability of its Pass Through Assistance Program.  The APM revises Chapter 34 of Ginnie Mae’s MBS Guide, and explains the terms and conditions of the PTAP program in Chapter 34, Part 2, Section E.
