New York DFS Issues Industry Letter on Cybersecurity

The New York Department of Financial Services issued an Industry Letter on April 13, 2020, requesting that regulated entities assess cybersecurity risks as described in the letter and address the risks appropriately.  It reminds regulated entities that cybersecurity risks should be reported to the NY DFS as promptly as possible and within 72 hours at the latest.
