NMLS Policy Committee Issues Clarification on Upcoming Reporting Deadlines

As part of its response to the COVID-19 crisis, the NMLS Policy Committee announced on March 30, 2020, that it is updating its reporting deadlines to be consistent with similar guidance from federal regulators.  The NMLS Policy Committee is “encourag[ing] regulators to be lenient and not take administrative action if reports are filed within 30 days of the placement of the License Item.”
