CSBS Updates NMLS Policy Guidebook

The CSBS recently updated the NMLS Policy Guidebook to add Commercial Financial (Lending/Brokering) as a business activity.  This update was issued on April 1, 2021.

Commercial Financial (Lending/Brokering) relates to acting as a broker or lender for commercial financing transactions that are not for personal, family, or household use and the financing is not secured by real property.
