Effective Date Delayed for FHA Catalyst: Single Family Default Monitoring System

FHA recently published Mortgagee Letter 2021-30, Delay of Implementation of Mortgagee Letter 2021-21, FHA Catalyst: Single Family Default Monitoring System (SFDMS) Reporting Module, and associated changes to the Single Family Default Monitoring System (SFDMS) Reporting Codes and Reporting Data Elements.  A Mortgagee Letter will be published at least 60 days prior to the new effective date for the transition to the SFDMS reporting of delinquent FHA Title II Single Family forward mortgages in FHA Connection to the FHA Catalyst platform.
