Fannie Mae Issues Mortgage Insurance Updates

Fannie Mae recently updated Lender Letter LL-2021-06 to make changes to the MassHousing Mortgage Insurance Fund’s Loan Loss Reserve Agreement, Commitment/Certificate, and Mortgage Payment Protection Endorsement Forms.  The Lender Letter also updated the list of Approved Mortgage Insurance Forms.  The changes are effective for loans with application dates on or after April 1, 2021.
