Fannie Mae Releases DU Version 11.0 Sept. Update

Fannie Mae will implement an update to Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) Version 11.0 during the weekend of September 18, 2021.

The changes in this release include the following:

• DU Validation Service Update for COVID-19 Policy Overlay Removal;
• DU Eligibility Assessment Update;
• FIPS Code Verification Messages;
• RefiNow™ Updates;
• Credit Score Eligibility in DU;
• Updates to Align with the Selling Guide;
• Positive Rent Payment History Added to DU Risk Assessment; and
• Support of the Updated Uniform Residential Loan Application

The changes in this release will apply to DU Version 11.0 loan casefiles submitted or resubmitted on or after the weekend of September 18, 2021.
