FDIC Extends Comment Period on Updating Sign and Advertising Rules

The FDIC recently announced that it is extending the comment period regarding its Request for Information (RFI) on updating its sign and advertising rules to reflect evolving technological changes resulting in deposit services and products being made available through digital platforms.  The comment period is extended from March 19, 2020 to April 20, 2020.  For further information regarding the RFI, see WBK’s prior article on this topic.
