FHA Publishes Questions and Answers About Appraisal Review and ROVs

FHA recently published Appraisal Review and Reconsideration of Value Questions and Answers from its ROV Updates Webinar.  The Questions and Answers touch on issues such as the required ROV disclosure, the appraisal review, communications with the appraiser regarding the ROV, required documentation for the ROV, the ROV process, and training.  FHA’s published Answers are each supported by reference to other FHA or HUD publications, most often the Single Family Housing Policy Handbook.
