Florida Implements LO Licensing and Renewal Fee Waiver for Active Military, Veterans, and Spouses

Florida has adopted a new Active Military Member/Veteran/Spouse Application and Renewal Fee Waiver Request form, implementing a recent statutory amendment that provides for a fee waiver for military personnel, veterans, and spouses seeking issuance or renewal of a Florida Loan Originator license.

Eligibility requirements and procedures for the fee waiver for new applications are set forth in Chapter 494.00312(8), and for license renewal in Chapter 494.00313(4).
