FTC and VA Sign an Updated Memorandum of Agreement

The Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Veterans Affairs updated their Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that continues ongoing efforts to stop fraudulent and deceptive practices that target U.S. service members, veterans and their dependents who use military education benefits.

The MOA establishes a framework for investigative cooperation between the FTC and VA and taking actions for deceptive advertising or enrollment practices.
