FTC Announces Launch of FinTech Webpage

The FTC recently launched a dedicated webpage designed to provide information to companies operating in the FinTech space.  Touching upon FinTech-related topics such as consumer lending, payment systems, data security, privacy and truth in advertising, the new FTC webpage found in the FTC’s online Business Center here provides companies with valuable information and regulatory guidance.

The webpage includes links to publications, videos, and blog posts on recent FTC enforcement actions as well as a “Legal Resources” link to FinTech-related legal developments, cases, and reports.  The FTC’s announcement of the new webpage is available here.
