FTC Extending Comment Deadline for Endorsement Guides

The FTC recently announced that it will be extending the comment deadline for changes to the Agency’s Endorsement Guides by sixty days.  This will update the comment deadline from April 21, 2020, to June 22, 2020.  The deadline extension is part of the agency’s response to provide additional time for commenters during the COVID-19 pandemic.
