HUD Issues List of Regulatory Waivers for Fourth Quarter of 2019

On April 16, 2020, HUD issued a list of Federal Regulatory waivers granted from October 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.

HUD publishes notice of regulatory waivers quarterly in compliance with section 106 of the HUD Reform Act.  This list includes waivers that have been reviewed and approved by the Office of Community Planning and Development, the Federal Housing Administration and Office of Public and Indian Housing.  Further detail regarding these waivers can be found in the Federal Register, Volume 85, Number 74.
