HUD Issues Notice of Regulatory Waiver Requests Granted for Third Quarter 2017

On February 9, 2018, HUD published in the Federal Register a listing of Regulatory Waivers it granted from July 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017.

The waivers covered by this notice were granted by the Department’s program offices with jurisdiction over the regulation for which the waiver was requested. This notice describes waivers granted by the Office of Community Planning and Development, Office of Housing, and Office of Public and Indian Housing. A full description of each waiver appears in the Federal Register. The Department is required by statute to publish quarterly a listing of regulatory waivers it grants.
