Illinois Division of Professional Regulation Repeals Collection Agency Regulations

The Illinois Division of Professional Regulation recently repealed its regulations on collection agencies.  As the authority for regulation of collection agencies was transferred to the Division of Financial Institutions earlier this year, the repealed regulations were rendered unnecessary.
