Indiana Issues Annual Consumer Credit Fees

The Indiana Department of Financial Institutions published its annual list of fees for consumer credit-related filings for the 2021 fiscal year. The fees took effect July 1, 2021.

The fees include application, renewal, and exam-related fees for companies under the Consumer Credit Division, including mortgage lenders, consumer loan lenders, mortgage loan originators, and small loan lenders.
