New CFPB Resources for Debt Collection Rule Implementation

The CFPB recently released new resources to help implement its new debt collection rule (FDCPA Final Rule, Regulation F; previously covered by WBK here). The resource guide provides an overview of the CFPB Regulatory Implementation and Guidance (RIG) team, and instructs the industry on how to find compliance aids related to the Final Rule.  The resource guide also provides a link to the CFPB’s debt collection compliance aid resource webpage.
