New Regulatory Implementation Resources Available on the Mortgage Rules

The CFPB has added two new resources to its regulatory implementation web page. The first is a factsheet for small creditors operating in rural or underserved areas. The second is a chart illustrating when a creditor is eligible to make different types of qualified mortgages.
