NMLS Call Report Revision Release Date Postponed

The National Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) outlined a number of revisions to its Mortgage Call Report (MCR) in their Proposal 2018-1.  Revisions were to be implemented during the 1st Quarter 2019 reporting period.  However, NMLS announced that the implementation of the MCR revisions will be delayed until the 1st Quarter 2020 reporting period.  According to the announcement of the delay by the NMLS, “The delayed implementation will allow for industry users to be better acquainted with the use of NMLS 2.0 and allow additional time to prepare for the first filing in the new system.”
