OCC and FDIC Extend Comment Period on Amendments to CRA Regulations

The OCC and FDIC recently published a joint Federal Register notice extending the comment period for the proposed amendments to the regulations implementing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).  The comment period is extended from March 9, 2020, to April 8, 2020.  WBK previously covered this topic here.
