Tennessee Increases License Fees for Non-Depositories

The Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions recently announced its 2024-2025 non-depository financial institution annual supervision fees, which are paid at either application or renewal of a license.  This fee covers both the annual licensing fee and the cost of a routine examination.  Among other licensee fee increases, the mortgage licensee fee is now $1,150.  The mortgage loan originator renewal and sponsorship fees did not change.
