VA Eliminates Market Conditions Addendum to VA Appraisals

In their Circular Letter 26-18-29, the Department of Veterans Affairs announced that the requirement to include Fannie Mae Form 1004MC was no longer required for VA appraisals.  VA does, however, still require the market trend information within the appraisal report to be completed.

The elimination of the Fannie Mae Form 1004MC in all VA appraisal reports was effective December 11, 2018.
