VA Revises Circular on New Automated Appraisal Management Service

The VA has again revised Circular 26-20-14, concerning the VA’s new automated Appraisal Management Service (AMS), this time to add an exhibit with Frequently Asked Questions.

In Circular 26-20-14, dated April 13, 2020, the VA announced its “new automated Appraisal Management Service (AMS) for use in enhancing the appraisal review process prior to issuance of the Notice of Value (NOV).”   Change 1 to Circular 26-20-14 dated April 17, 2020, provided additional guidance related to the transition to the new automated AMS and now Change 2, dated May 27, 2020, adds Exhibit A to the Circular that provides Frequently Asked Questions.
