VA Updates the VALERI Application

VA issued a VALERI Special Announcement announcing changes to the VALERI application.  Some of those changes include:  

• The VALERI Fee Cost Schedule was updated to reflect an allowable State Pre-Foreclosure fee in the amount of $325 for the state of Washington. The updated fee schedule became available on November 20, 2020.
• A new report named “Appeal Claim Details” will be available in the Analytics Reports tab.
• Claim Summary Sections A-Amortization, B-Interest and C-Settlement will be added to the supplemental claims on the Claim Detail Results report and to the Appeal Post Audit Claim Detail Results report.
